Refunds & Returns Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Returns are subject to CEJ’s inspection and prior authorization and are accepted only for warranty evaluation or repair/replacement, not for refund. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Warranty claims are subject to CEJ’s warranty policy outlined below.

Warranty Policy

Seller warrants that its Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper installation and use, in accordance with Seller’s instructions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment from Seller.

Seller’s sole liability under this warranty, or in connection with any other claim relating to the Products, shall be limited, at Seller’s option, to:

• Repair of the defective Product, or
• Replacement of the defective Product or component

Refunds of the purchase price are not offered.

This warranty does not apply to Products that have been repaired, modified, or altered by Buyer or any third party without Seller’s authorization. Metals used in the Products are certified to be of the specified analysis; however, materials are not guaranteed against chemical attack. This warranty does not cover deterioration due to corrosion, aging of non-metallic parts (including stress corrosion), or failures resulting from temperature extremes, chemical environments, misuse, improper installation, or causes other than defects in material or workmanship.

Seller makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, on the Products or on any parts or labor furnished during the sale, delivery, or servicing of the Products.

Any third-party warranties provided on equipment or parts not manufactured by Seller are assigned to Buyer, without recourse, at the time of delivery, provided such warranties are assignable.
