Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Our daily cutoff is 12:00 PM (Noon) EST. Orders received after this time will be considered entered the next business day.

Freight Options

  • Orders may ship via small parcel or LTL at CEJ’s discretion.

  • Expedited Shipping (Next Day Air) is available for an additional $250. (Early AM delivery is not available.)

  • No international shipments or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are available at this time.

Quick Ship Pump Units

  • Quick Ship Pump Units ship at a freight-inclusive price, with no additional shipping fees at checkout.

Other Items

  • For all other products not designated as Quick Ship Pump Units, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be received within 48 hours of order placement and prior to shipment.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unused items only.

  • To initiate a return, contact customerservice@cejco.com to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

  • Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Force Majeure

  • CEJ is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • Inclement weather

    • Acts of God

    • War or force of arms

    • Fire, riot, or civil commotion

    • Labor disputes or sabotage

    • Government actions or regulations

    • Transportation or supply chain delays

  • In such cases, CEJ will contact customers within 3 business days to discuss available options.
